Kinesis

Kinesis is a revolutionary device designed to free the body from the constraints of more traditional weighted cable equipment. It's versatility in use is unmatched as it provides for functional movement at any age or activity level.


Kinesis is a training system made up of four distinct modules. Each module allows for conducting various movements in nearly any direction without compromising resistance load. When combined with a qualified instructor, a user of Kinesis will experience both aerobic and anaerobic exercise unseen.

While great for rehabilitation, Kinesis goes further and has the ability to provide sport-specific training for activities such as triathlons, soccer, volleyball, baseball, golf, general fitness and more!



Kinesis classes are $10 for members, $20 for non members

Classes run all day call 253-639-2266 to reserve a spot.  Bring a friend and you both get 1/2 off the cost of your first class.
